Fintech Telex has formally endorsed Hon. Sanni Salau Ogembe in his bid for the House of Representatives seat representing Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections.
In a public statement released on Tuesday, the publication cited Ogembe’s “demonstrated leadership capacity, grassroots engagement, and commitment to inclusive development” as key factors informing the endorsement.
According to the statement, the decision followed an internal review of his public service record, community impact, and policy priorities.
“Hon. Sanni Salau Ogembe has consistently shown dedication to community advancement, youth inclusion, and economic empowerment initiatives,” the editorial board noted. “At a time when effective legislative representation is essential, we believe he offers a people-centered approach to governance.”
Ogembe, who is contesting under the platform of the All-Progressives Congress (APC), has emphasized responsive representation, infrastructure advocacy, and expanded opportunities for small and medium-scale enterprises across the constituency.
Political analysts note that endorsements from media and policy-focused institutions can contribute to public visibility during early campaign positioning, though electoral outcomes will ultimately depend on voter engagement and campaign organization as the 2027 cycle progresses.
The Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency remains one of the closely watched districts in Kogi State ahead of the next general elections.
