Democratic Republic (DR) Congo President, Felix Tshisekedi, in a groundbreaking development, appointed Judith Suminwa as the country’s female prime minister on Monday, April 1st, 2024.

She holds a Diploma of Complementary Studies in HR Management in Developing Countries from the esteemed Université libre de Bruxelles, specializing in Labour Sciences, a qualification earned between 1996 and 1997. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management with a focus on Applied Economic Sciences from FUCAM – Faculties of Catholic University of Mons, Belgium, during the period of 1992 to 1996.
